If you want to change your existing plan manager-
Option 1- Endorse TRI SUPPORT SERVICES by calling NDIA on 1800 800 110 and provide the above mentioned details.
Option 2- Endorse TRI SUPPORT SERVICES by signing in to your my NDIS participant portal
- Find your provider relationships and select “my providers”.
- Select your existing plan manager (if you have one), click on the drop down and select ‘end role’.
-Search for TRI SUPPORT SERVICES, select us and choose the role as plan manager.
